Luv FM still have the audience despite losing most of their vibrant on-air personalities to other stations.
Their News feed from Joy FM and other programs earn them a place on the list.
9. Otec 102.9 FM
The oldest radio station in the region can't be left of the list after maintaining their huge listenership since the 90s.
Evening Sports, Political Shows and other programs make the Asewase based radio station the ninth best in the list.
8. Oyerepa 100.7 FM
Oyerepa FM is one of the newbie in the radio industry but their on-air personalities such as ace Sports Journalist Sometymer Otuo Acheampong has aided the station to be shortlisted among the top 10.
Their Sports Show, Social program dubbed 'Oyerepa Afutuo" and their Gospel Drive show gives them a slot in the list.
7. Hello 101.5 FM
Hello FM has been one of the favorite radio stations of the people of Kumasi following their existing programs.
Feed from their sister station, Peace FM for morning shows and News handed them a place in the list.
6. Fox 97.9 FM
One of the oldest existing radio stations remains their tagline 'Radio University' with their programs. Fox FM has huge listenership with their Social programs, Sports Shows and Drive Time.
5. Pure 95.7 FM
Pure FM is a newbie in the Kumasi radio industry but has rose to battle with several big stations with their Urban programs hosted by DJ Slim, DJ Aroma, DJ Lamar, Koo Sebor and others.
Veteran journalist Kwame Adinkra is still commanding the airwaves with his Morning Show on Pure FM.
4. Y 102.5 FM
Global Media Alliance's decision to rebrand Anigye FM to Y FM to entertain the people of Kumasi with a Contemporary Urban Hit radio station which plays a mixture of all genres of music was the best ever. Y FM has lot of exciting programs which makes them unique among most stations.
3. Angel 96.1 FM
The Abrepo based radio station is one of the most listened to stations in the country with their catchy programs aired daily such as their Morning Show, Drive Time, and Sports Show aired in the evening.
2. Kessben 93.3 FM
As one of the most vibrant media houses in Ghana, Kessben FM still commands the airwaves with their Morning Show, Sports and other programs.
1. Nhyira 104.5 FM
Nhyira FM is the radio station with huge listenership in Oseikrom with their Dwaso Nsem and Akan News which they pick their feed from their sister station, Adom 106.3 FM in Accra. Their Sports show dubbed Power Sports remains one of the best sports shows in the country with its host Bright Kamkam Boadu which pulls over 20,000 views on Facebook with live streaming.
Nhyira FM are undoubtedly the best in the Ashanti Region with their two Social programs namely 'Obra' and 'Ewiase Mu Nsem'. Obra and Ewiase Mu Nsem' reach 40,000 and 25,000 views per day on Facebook respectively.
Nhyira FM is the only station in the Ashanti Region with huge followers on social media with 1.3 million followers on Facebook alone.
